Lịch sử VnTPA President Summit
Kể từ năm 2007 với sự kiện đầu tiên là Phu Quoc Meeting thu hút hàng ngàn nhà đầu tư (NĐT) đã làm nền tảng cho sự phát triển của đảo ngọc Phú Quốc, đến nay chúng tôi đã tổ chức hàng ngàn sự kiện kết nối NĐT quốc tế với nhiều tên gọi khác nhau thu hút hàng tỷ USD đầu tư vào Việt Nam và hàng ngàn giao dịch thương mại, M&A lớn. Bắt đầu từ cuối năm 2023, Hội Bất Động Sản - Du Lịch Việt Nam (VnTPA) gọi chung các sự kiện này là President Summit.

Today, August 14, 2009, I was informed that comrades and friends who are managers, experts, and businessmen established an organization "Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA)" to contribute to implementing the will of our beloved Uncle Ho!
I believe that under the Party's leadership, with your intelligence and right moral this organization will continuously grow domestically and internationally to contribute to the development of the tourism economy, tourism real estate market and environmental protection.

First of all, I warmly congratulate the establishment of the Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA), gathering businesses and organizations operating in fields with the great potential.
I hope that the Vietnam Tourism Property Association will have dynamic, creative, practical and effective support and assistance activities for the development of member businesses and organizations; Actively contribute to exploiting and effectively using the country's potential for the strong development of the tourism industry in particular and the socio-economic development of the country in general in the coming years.
Congratulations to the Association for chairing and coordinating with central ministries and local authorities to organize an international conference and exhibition to attract real estate investment in Vietnam in 2009. I hope the Conference will be a place to meet, exchange experiences, share and provide valuable information for investors as well as management agencies, contributing to overcoming obstacles and promoting strengths of Vietnam's tourism real estate industry. I also hope to have many contracts, cooperation agreements, and business investment links in areas with great potential for tourism and economic development; incentives to attract investment will be discussed and signed at the Conference.
Wishing the Vietnam Tourism Property Association continued development, wishing the 2009 International Conference and Exhibition on attracting real estate investment organized by the Association a great success.

FROM DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER OF THE GOVERNMENT HOANG TRUNG HAI
On behalf of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, I warmly welcome the delegates, domestic and international investors who had been come to Ho Chi Minh City to attend the conference and international exhibition event on attracting real estate investments into Vietnam - VnTPO 2009 organised by Vietnam Tourism - Property Association (VnTPA) in collaboration with Phuquocland.
In recent times, the Government has been very interested in improving the real estate investment environment, issuing many guidelines and policies to create conditions for real estate business activities to develop sustainably and healthily. The Government has also established the Central Steering Committee on housing policy and real estate market to direct and coordinate the important solution of real estate market; unify the implementation of the Real Estate Business Law and policies related to real estate market development, management nationwide. To achieve these goals, the Government always pays attention and listens to investors' proposals & feedback from the market.
In the context of the global economic crisis, Vietnam's real estate market has suffered many negative impacts. However, with the high determination of the Government, the attention and sensitivity of domestic and foreign investors, I believe that real estate business activities in our country will be continued to improve and develop in the future.
I would like to wish the 2009 VnTPO Conference great success, hoping this will be an annual event and an ideal networking platform for Vietnamese, international real estate invesstors and many localities throughout the country. Wishing the Vietnam Tourism Property Association will have many positive contributions in accordance as the Association's principles and goals.

To the Congress establishing the Vietnam Tourism Property Association
First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the Campaign Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA) for kindly inviting me to attend the Association's Establishment Congress. Unfortunately, due to pre-arranged work, I cannot attend. I would like to convey to you my warmest congratulations!
In the process of forming market economic institutions, the real estate market is always vibrant, including the real estate business market for tourism purposes - a promising field in our country. However, in the current period, this market still contains many uncertainties that require the improvement of the legal framework, policy mechanisms of the State as well as the efforts of real estate businessmen themselves.
Hopefully, with the establishment of the Vietnam Tourism Property Association (VnTPA), businesses operating in this field will have a reliable platform to exchange information, coordinate activities, assist each other, and protect each other, protect legitimate interests and contribute to improving the state's legal mechanisms and policies.
With such hope, I would like to wish the Congress great success and the election of a dynamic, creative, responsible Executive Board; outlining directions, tasks, and practical measures, bringing strong and lasting vitality to the Association!
