Vietnam International Distribution Hub
A strategic gateway for international supply chain integration, export processing, and regional distribution for Asia-Pacific and beyond.
(The project invites investment and strategic partnership from both local and international players.)
Leveraging Vietnam’s strategic location adjacent to China, competitive production and logistics costs, and an extensive network of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) — including agreements with ASEAN (ATIGA), the EU, UK, Japan (VJEPA, AJCEP), Korea (VKFTA, AKFTA), China (ACFTA), India (AIFTA), Australia & New Zealand (AANZFTA), Hong Kong (AHKFTA), Taiwan (ASEAN–Taiwan Framework), CPTPP countries, and RCEP — as well as its newly elevated Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with the United States, the Hub provides a compelling alternative for international suppliers seeking operational efficiency, broad market access, and resilience in an evolving geopolitical landscape.
Vietnam Tourism - Property Association (VnTPA) is one of the oldest and largest national real estate associations in Vietnam, with over 20,000 members nationwide, including landowners, developers, operators, and strong relationships with both central and local government authorities. VnTPA will be a reliable partner and a strong pillar of support for this project in Vietnam.

Product Lines
The hub located in Vietnam holds a superior cost competitiveness advantage compared to regional countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. While China is a leading global manufacturing powerhouse, it has yet to sign free trade agreements (FTAs) with major markets like the European Union (EU) and the United States.
