The People's Committee of Quang Nam province calls for local and foreign investment for An Ha hill park urban area:
 
Location: An Phu ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam Province. 
Project objectives: Developing a modern ecological urban area while still having local identity, providing a good living environment for people and increasing the city's competitive development advantage.
Project scale: 174 ha.
Current land use status: Residential land, transportation land, technical infrastructure land, agricultural land, rice land, forestry land, and water surface.
Compliance with relevant plans: Decision No. 1595/QD-UBND dated June 12, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving zoning planning 9.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
