The People's Committee of Quang Nam province calls for local and foreign investment for Chu Lai urban area:
 
  • Location: Tam Hiep commune, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam Province. 
  • Project objectives: Form Chu Lai urban development area with main functions such as: building mixed ecological urban areas, diversifying development of mixed service areas and green space systems; meet the housing demand in the region, accelerating socio-economic development.
  • Project scale: 195.24 ha.
  • Current land use status: Aquaculture land, agricultural land, forestry land, civil land, unused land, water surface.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: General planning for construction of Chu Lai open economic zone, Quang Nam province by year 2035, vision to 2050; The general planning of the expanded Nui Thanh town (Nui Thanh Urban), period up to 2025 and 2030 has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
