  • Project objectives: Build medical examination and treatment facilities for people in the town and neighboring localities in the coming time.
  • Project scale: 2.7 ha.
  • Current land use status: Agricultural land area of ​​organizations, households and individuals with the right to transfer, lease or contribute capital according to the provisions of law: 26,303.2 m2; Agricultural land area of ​​organizations, households, and individuals without the right to transfer, lease, or contribute capital according to the provisions of law: 697.2 m2.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: According to Decision No. 656/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2023 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province approving the General Planning of Dien Ban town until 2030 and 2045; According to Decision No. 3852/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2017 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province approving the Construction Subdivision Planning (1/5,000) of Phuong An Urban Area.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
