Location: Duy Vinh commune, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam Province. 
Project objectives: Investing in developing new ecological urban area.
Project scale: 122 ha.
Current land use status: Mainly rice growing land.
Compliance with relevant plans: In accordance with the General Planning of Duy Vinh commune; Master plan for socio-economic development of Duy Xuyen district
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
