Industrial park projects, Can Tho city
These are new industrial park projects in Can Tho city whose planning has been approved by the Prime Minister. Can Tho City People's Committee calls on qualified investors to participate in investing in these projects in the form of bidding to select investors.
 
1/ Project 1: Center for production, processing and distribution of agricultural products in the Mekong Delta
  • Location: Binh Thuy, Co Do.
  • Land size: 250 ha.
  • Development purpose: Investment in industrial park infrastructure construction and operations.
  • Land status: The land has not yet been cleared.
 
2/ Project 2: Vinh Thanh industrial park infrastructure (phase 2)
  • Location: Vinh Thanh commune, Vinh Thanh district.
  • Land size: ~ 600 ha.
  • Development purpose: Investment in industrial park infrastructure construction and operations.
  • Land status: The land has not yet been cleared.
 
3/ Project 3: Vinh Thanh 2 industrial park infrastructure
  • Location: Vinh Thanh commune, Vinh Thanh district.
  • Land size: 519 ha.
  • Development purpose: Investment in industrial park infrastructure construction and operations.
  • Land status: The land has not yet been cleared.
 
4/ Project 4: O Mon high-tech industrial park infrastructure
  • Location: Phuoc Thoi ward, O Mon district.
  • Land size: 250 ha.
  • Development purpose: Investment in industrial park infrastructure construction and operations.
  • Land status: The land has not yet been cleared.
 
5/ Project 5: Infrastructure of Co Do - Thoi Lai Industrial Park 
  • Location: Co Do & Thoi Lai districts.
  • Land size: 1,070 ha.
  • Development purpose: Investment in industrial park infrastructure construction and operations.
  • Land status: The land has not yet been cleared.
