The People's Committee of Quang Nam province calls for local and foreign investment for
upgrading and operating Chu Lai airport:
 
  • Location: Chu Lai airport, Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam Province. 
  • Project objectives: Investment in upgrading and expanding Chu Lai airport, including 01 new take-off and landing runway in the East with dimensions of 3,048m x 45m, taxiway system (parallel taxiway, connecting taxiway), train apron bay (32-40 parking lots), the passenger terminal accommodates 10 million passengers / year, the cargo terminal accommodates 1.5 million passengers / year.
  • Land size: 835.5 ha.
  • Current land use status: National defense land.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: the Project in Appendix XXII - List of prioritized projects for implementation issued attached Decision No. 72/QD-TTg dated January 17, 2024 of the Prime Minister on approving the Planning of Quang Nam province for the period 2021-2023, vision to 2050.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
