  • Location: An Phu ward and the Tam Thanh, Tam Thang, Tam Phu communes, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam Province. 
  • Project objectives: Investing in a mixed service urban area, creating a modern urban and tourist complex including entertainment tourism functions associated with preserving the ecological value of existing villages towards building an urban area ecology, humanity and sustainable development.
  • Project scale: 746.2 ha.
  • Current land use status: Residential land, traffic land, technical infrastructure, water surface, rice land, forestry land, annual crop land, forest land,...
  • Compliance with relevant plans: Decision No. 4185/QD-UBND dated December 24, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee on Approving Master Plan 8; Decision No. 5424/QD-UBND dated September 22, 2020 of the City People's Committee on Approval of Planning 11; Decision No. 3643/QD-UBND dated December 16, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving zoning planning 12.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
