Location: Hoa Huong ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam Province. 
Project objectives: Developing the southern urban area of ​​the city, serving the development of the southern region, connecting Tam Ky - Nui Thanh districts.
Project scale: 223 ha.
Current land use status: Agricultural land, rice land, cemeteries, residential land, technical infrastructure land.
Compliance with relevant plans: Decision No. 4573/QD-UBND dated December 1, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee approving Hoa Huong subdivision.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
