Location: Phu Dong ward, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
Project location: according approved master plan.
Project objectives: Build a modern urban residential area with complete social and technical infrastructure;have a good living environment, and ensuring good standards.
Expected project scale: 69.7 hectares.
Total investment capital: As proposed by Investors.
