The People's Committee of Phu Yen province calls for local and foreign investment for DEVELOPMENT of NEW URBAN AREAS IN PHU LAM AND PHU THANH WARDS.
 
Location: Phu Lam ward, Phu Thanh ward, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
Project location: according approved master plan.
Project objectives: Build a modern urban area with complete social and technical infrastructure, has a good living environment, ensure the standards of a future urban area; a mixed service urban area that provides good support for the South Tuy Hoa area, north of South Phu Yen economic zone, Tuy Hoa airport and railway station.
Project scale: about 125 hectares.
Total investment capital: As proposed by Investors.
