The People's Committee of Phu Yen province calls for local and foreign investment for DEVELOPMENT of RESIDENTIAL AREA ALONG THE BA RIVER EMBANKMENT.
 
Location: Hoa An commune, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province.
Project location: according approved master plan.
Project objectives: Form a riverside urban area, with rows of villas alongthe main East-West axis towards the river; High-risemixed-use land plots, houses, green view ... create a highlight of the entire area in the north of Ba river; Develop the area in the direction of creating modern, attractive space and architecture in harmony with riverside landscape and surrounding areas.
Project scale: about 66.7 hectares..
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
