The People's Committee of Phu Yen province calls for local and foreign investment for the following social housing projects:
 
1/ Project 1: OXH
 
Location: An Phu commune, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
Project location: the project belongs to the 1/500 detailed planning adjustment scheme of technical infrastructure of residential area project in the South of SaoViet ecotourism area and residential area in the west of the Submarine Security and Nursing Center.
Project objectives: Developing social housing and housing for low-income people in the province, contributing to ensuring social security, welfare and employment, improving all aspects of people's lives.
Project scale: 4.32 hectares; Building density: 35-40%; Minimum - maximum storey: 10-15 floors; Land use coefficient: 5.25 times.
Total investment capital: about 1,500 billion VND.
 
2/ Project 2: XH-1
 
Location: Phu Dong ward, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
Project location: the project belongs to the Urban Planning Project to build 1/500 of the Southern Residential Area, Central Park Area of the Southern New Urban Area of Tuy Hoa City.
Project objectives: Developing social housing and housing for low-income people in the province, contributing to ensuring social security, welfare and employment, improving all aspects of people's lives.
Project scale: 4.55 hectares; Building density: 35-40%; Minimum - maximum storey: 10-15 floors; Land use coefficient: 5.25 times.
Total investment capital: about 1,800 billion VND.
 
3,4,5/ Projects: NOXH-01; NOXH-02; NOXH-03
 
Location: Phu Lam ward and Phu Thanh Lam ward, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province.
Project location: the Project belongs to the 1/2000 scale sub-division planning scheme of new urban area in Phu Lam and Phu Thanh wards.
Project objectives: Developing social housing and housing for low-income people in the province, contributing to ensuring social security, welfare and employment, improving all aspects of people's lives.
Project scale: NOXH-01: 4.93 hectares; NOXH-02: 3.04 hectares; NOXH-03: 8.11 hectares; Building density: 35-40%; Minimum - maximum storey: 7-15 floors; Land use coefficient: 5.25 times.
Total investment capital: about 6,400 billion VND.
 
6/ Project 6: XH
 
Location: Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province.
Project location: the Project belongs to the Hoa Hiep Bac new urban area planning scheme.
Project objectives: Developing social housing and housing for low-income people in the province, contributing to ensuring social security, welfare and employment, improving all aspects of people's lives.
Project scale: 1.63 hectares; Building density: 40-45%; Minimum - maximum storey: 10-15 floors; Land use coefficient: 6.0 times.
Total investment capital: about 540 billion VND.
 
7/ Project 7: XH 
 
Location: Hoa Vinh ward, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province.
Project location: the Project belongs to the detailed planning scheme of Hoa Vinh eastern urban area.
Project objectives: Developing social housing and housing for low-income people in the province, contributing to ensuring social security, welfare and employment, improving all aspects of people's lives.
Project scale: 2.17 hectares; Building density: 35-40%; Minimum - maximum storey: 10-15 floors; Land use coefficient: 5.25 times.
Total investment capital: about 860 billion VND.
