Project objectives: Developing tourism, resort, convalescence and medical treatment complex.
Project scale: 463 ha.
Current land use status: Residential land, agricultural land.
Compliance with relevant plans: In accordance with socio-economic planning.
Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
