The People's Committee of Phu Yen province calls for local and foreign investment for DEVELOPMENT of COASTAL URBAN SERVICE AREA BELONGS TO NAM PHU YEN ECONOMIC ZONE.
 
Location: Hoa Bac ward and Hoa Hiep Trung ward, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province.
Project location: according approved master plan.
Project objectives: Build an integrated service and tourism urban area with synchronous infrastructure and services towards sustainable development andenvironmental protection; with high-quality functional and service areas, meeting the demand of housing and relaxation.
Expected project scale: 284.3 hectares.
Total investment capital: As proposed by Investors.
