  • Current land use status: mixed land, mainly land for perennial crops, flat land for annual crops, and unused flat land.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: in accordance with the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 issued together with Decision No. 72/QD-TTg dated January 17, 2024 of the Prime Minister on approving the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period period 2021-2023, vision to 2050.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
