  • Location: Tam Hiep commune, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam Province. 
  • Project objectives: Forming a logistics and multi-modal transport center associated with Quang Nam seaport - Chu Lai international airport.
  • Project scale: 173 ha.
  • Current land use status: land belongs to Tam Hiep port area and Tam Hiep port logistics.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: In accordance with the General Planning for building Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, Quang Nam province until 2035, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister; Quang Nam province's planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 has been approved by the Prime Minister.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
