  • Project objectives: Building a general hospital, targeting high-tech specialties; Contribute to perfecting the social infrastructure system to attract residents and develop resort and tourism services according to Tam Ky's future development orientation. Especially developing high-quality resort and nursing services to serve international tourists.
  • Project scale: 1.6 ha.
  • Current land use status: Clean planned land with appropriate medical functions and connection infrastructure.
  • Compliance with relevant plans: In accordance with Tam Ky city's land use planning until 2030 and land use plan for 2024.
  • Total investment capital: As proposed by investors.
