Current land status: Residential land and aquaculture land are managed by people.
Master plan: The project to adjust the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Cam Ranh Bayside Urban Area (Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3) was approved by the People's Committee of Cam Ranh City according to Decision No. 667/QD-UBND ; 668/QD-UBND; and 669/QD-UBND dated August 1, 2022.
