The People's Committee of Gia Lai province calls for local and foreign investment for the following new urban projects:
 
Gia Lai has a population (2023) of 1,613,895 people, mainly concentrated in Pleiku city and neighboring areas. With the province's economic development momentum, the need for urban expansion increases.
 
1/ Project 1: CK 54 Urban Area Project
Location: Pleiku City, Gia Lai province
Land size: 230 ha.
Land status: state land.
Development purpose: Invest in developing a green, smart and harmonious new urban area.
 
2/ Project 2: Hoi Phu new residential area project
Location: Hoi Phu ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai province
Land size: 9.8 ha.
Land status: state land.
Development purpose: Invest in developing a green, smart and harmonious new urban area.

The projects listed here are projects that have been included in the master plan approved by the government.
